The unique thing about Burn Co. is that everything is smoked, baked or grilled in a Hasty Bake Oven. The meats are smoky, charred and succulent. Owner Adam Myers, used to sell Hasty Bakes so he obviously knows his way around them. Besides the normal fare like baby back ribs and pulled pork, Burn Co. has created the “Fatty”; a combination of smoked sausage, hot links, and bratwurst surrounded by farm sausage then wrapped in bacon. Sides include grilled potato salad, red potatoes and corn on the cob. Word has it they have also featured seafood gumbo, prime rib and seared Tuna tartar!
