Hebert's is famous around town for its specialty meats. You’ve probably heard of their famous chicken stuffed into a duck stuffed into a turkey, called a “turducken”. Its restaurant, Cajun Ed's, has recently added dinner hours Thursday through Saturday from 4 a.m. until 8 p.m. for those who can't make it to lunch or an earlier supper Monday- through Wednesday. The Etouffee has won praises all around as have their gumbo, assorted seafood dishes, and delicious Cajun sides.
